IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE YOU ATTEND

Does attending this event require Pre-Event Testing (PET)?

Attendees must undergo Pre-Event Testing (PET) if they have not completed the full vaccination regimen at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Attendees taking PET must have a valid negative Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test result for the duration of the event (i.e. the PET must have been taken in the past 24 hours before the expected end of the performance)

Do I need to do SafeEntry to enter the event space?

All attendees must have a working TraceTogether App/Token to check in via SafeEntry.

Do I have to pay for the PET?

The Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for this event is included in your registration ticket. If you are required to take the test, it will be conducted at our appointed MOH-approved testing center located at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 3 Begonia Main Ballroom.

Who is exempted from PET?

Fully vaccinated individuals who have completed their full vaccination regime (Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or any vaccines recognised in the World Health Organization’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL*) such as Sinovac-CoronaVac, Sinopharm, and AstraZeneca at least 14 days before the event are exempted from PET. Please also note that attendees who have been vaccinated abroad must have their vaccination records updated in the National Immunization Registry.

Recovered individuals must have a valid PET exemption notice or valid Discharge Memo for the duration of the event. These individuals must produce their vaccination status from the TraceTogether or HealthHub application prior to entry to event space.
Kindly note that hard copy overseas vaccination certificates or doctor letters’ qualifying that the individual is not able to be vaccinated will not be recognised. Screenshots will also not be accepted.

How long are the COVID-19 test results valid for?

The validity of your COVID-19 Test Result Notice is 24 hours from the time you were registered in-person at the testing premises. You must not enter event space or stay beyond the validity period stated on your COVID-19 Test Result Notice.

As such, you must get tested: Before the start of your visit to the event; and a maximum of 24 hours before the end of the event.

Will I need to wear a mask during the duration of the event?

All attendees must wear a mask at all times.

Can I use an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) Self-Test Kit for PET?

No. Per the prevailing Government guidelines, self-administered Antigen Rapid Tests will not be recognised in events. Attendees must take their Pre-Event Test (ART or PCR) at an MOH-approved Covid-19 test provider.

What do I need to present for entry on event day?

Attendees must bring along the following items:

  1. A working TraceTogether (TT) Token or updated TT app
  2. A mobile device that has call and internet service to access your test results or vaccination status
  3. Original Government-issued photo identification for verification purposes (e.g. NRIC, FIN, Passport)
  4. Your Event E-ticket / Confirmation Email
  5. Any of the Acceptable Documents listed below:
    • COVID-19 Test Result Notice (ART) or
    • COVID-19 Test Result Notice (PCR) or
    • PET Exemption Notice or
    • PRPP ART Result Slip

Other than the official Acceptable Documents, any other documents, copies, variations in the format (including screenshots and pictures) will not be accepted for entry.

Please note that attendees who fail to bring their relevant identification or documents will be denied entry and no refund will be provided.   Please also note that there are penalties under law for entering or remaining in any event or activity that requires PET if you do not meet the relevant requirements.

What if I tested positive in the Antigen Rapid Test (ART)?

Individuals who are tested positive via ART will be required to take the confirmatory Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test.  The testing center onsite will provide further instructions and follow ups for the PCR swab test and isolation procedure. You will not be allowed to attend the event.

Please provide a copy of your positive or invalid Antigen Rapid Test (ART) as documentary proof and we will process a refund upon validation.

What if I am unable to attend the show as I am on a Stay-Home Notice, or I feel unwell?

If you are unwell, please visit a medical professional as soon as possible for further assessment.

If you are unable to attend the show because you are on Stay-Home Notice or you feel unwell, please contact us at infoasia@clarionevents.com  with the relevant documentation evidencing this, and we will process a refund upon validation. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

What time do I need to arrive before the show?

You will be given an arrival time slot based on your zone. This information will be sent out to your email address few days before event day.

What are the hygiene and safety measures for attendees?

Sands Expo and Convention Centre is a SG Clean-certified venue and has stepped up the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all common areas and high-touch surfaces. The venue has procedures in place to ensure compliance with the prevailing Safe Management Measures for MICE Events in support of the Government’s latest efforts.

Aside from mandatory SafeEntry check-in via the TraceTogether app or Token for all attendees, trained Safe Event Ambassadors will be deployed to disperse crowds and ensure safe distancing measures are adhered to. Can I leave the venue and come back after ART? 

Yes, re-entry is possible. Please ensure that you have collected your badge before leaving the venue as this will enable a faster re-entry process. You can flash your badge to the ushers upon entry.

Will walk-in registrations be allowed?

No. Successful pre-registration and confirmation are required.

Are there any meals provided? 

Yes. Coffee, Tea, Snacks and Lunch will be provided to all the attendees. Due to safety measures, we will be serving it to you at your table.

What is your on-site Density Control measures?

  • Attendees will be divided into zones and must be seated in the assigned zone.  Intermingling within the same zone is allowed. However intermingling between other zones is strictly not allowed. To ease confusion, attendees from the same zone will be given the same lanyard colour for easy identification.
  • Attendees who wish to network with attendees from other zones can connect via our Virtual Platform and schedule meetings virtually.

What is your Safe Distancing & Hygiene measures?

  •  Masks must be worn at all times at the event venue except during meal times.
  • Attendees are encouraged to practice good personal hygiene. Hand sanitizers are available all around the event space.
  • Attendees must maintain at least 1 metre safe distancing between individual attendees at all times. All conference seating are spaced with 1 meter apart.
  • Food and Beverage will be served directly to your seat. Removal of mask and the consumption of food and beverages is allowed only upon individuals are seated in their seats with the same group of attendees throughout the session.

Can international participants attend this event?

Yes, all overseas participants will be able to attend this event digitally via our virtual platform Swapcard. Digital attendees will be able to watch the content on-demand, and network with attendees.
