Fee Paying Conference Delegate Pass
- Fee paying delegate passes require payment at time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Due to limited conference space we advise early registration and payment by credit card to avoid disappointment. Admission to the conference will be refused if payment has not been received.
- Cancellations received in writing more than two months (on or before 22 August 2024, GMT +8) prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received in writing less than two months (after 22 August 2024, GMT +8) before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount.
- A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts or a conference voucher valid for one year will be offered for the same value to use towards Asian Downstream Summit, ARTC & ACCA event. No fees will be applied for this. Please contact Franco Pleo (Franco.Pleo@clarionevents.com) directly in the event you can’t make it and you need to provide the substitute delegate details.
- Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Asian Downstream Summit, ARTC & ACCA reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
