Rafael González Sánchez, PhD is Regional Marketing Manager AP & India for Grace Refining Technologies. Rafael joined Grace as R&D researcher leading new FCC catalyst and ZSM-5 additives developments, then moving to Regional Technical Sales Manager prior to joining the Marketing team, initially as Regional Manager for EMEA for more than 4 years before the current role. Rafael is Chemical Engineer and PhD in Engineering and Advanced Technologies from Barcelona University, Spain. He also earned an Executive MBA from EAE Business School in Barcelona. Rafael has more than 17 years’ multidisciplinary experience in catalyst design and development, technical services, account management and Marketing. He is co-author of several publications in the FCC industry field.
