Nor A'in is currently the General Manager of Carbon Capture Storage. She graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy New York, USA. In 2016, Nor A'in has obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute. Nor A'in started off her career in oil and gas since 2001 with one of the oil majors and in 2007 she pivoted to serve the nation through PETRONAS. Ever since, Nor A'in carried instrumental role in various offshore field development execution as both the regulator role in Petroleum Management Unit (currently MPM) and Production Sharing Contractor (PSC) in PCSB. Currently, she is leading the foundation of CCUS as Petronas new venture by introducing different sets of thinking and perspective whilst observing compliance to the need of techno commercial assurance and risk management. It is evident that her cumulative experience of 20 years in managing projects and her solution focus drive in particular the recent experience as Project Director of Kasawari Project, mega project with complexity of high contaminants, geopolitical and techno commercial challenges has come into play to the CCUS that she is leading. She is also in the program by World Business Council of Sustainability Development (WBCSD) together with IMD & Yale University in shaping the future business leaders for effective business decision making incorporating the need for sustainability element of the world.
