Kenneth Lim is the General Manager / Refinery Director for Neste Singapore Pte Ltd.. Neste creates solutions for combating climate change and accelerating the shift to a circular economy. It refines waste, residues and innovative raw materials into renewable fuels and sustainable feedstock for plastics and other materials, and is the world's leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel. Neste Singapore refinery is currently expanding and doubling its production capacity and when completed in early 2023, will bring Neste's global production capacity to 4.5 million tons annually. The expanded refinery will also enable Neste Singapore to produce sustainable aviation fuel by up to one million tons annually, on top of its current production in renewable diesel and renewable naphtha. As Head of the Singapore Refinery Operations, Kenneth regards his primary responsibility as enabling the workforce to drive safe, reliable and sustainable operations while maximising asset utilisation to help our customers achieve their sustainability goals. Kenneth brings to this position more than 20 years of Operations, Engineering and Leadership experiences in the petrochemical and renewables industry. Prior to joining Neste in 2016, he held similar Site leadership positions in other global chemical companies based in Jurong Island, Singapore. Kenneth graduated from the National University of Singapore with a professional degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
