Pranav is the dss+ Director for Oil, Gas & Energy and Chemical in Asia Pacific, bringing over 20 years of experience in operational risk management. Pranav is a pivotal advisor, helping our Oil, Gas & Energy, and Chemicals clients safely operate existing assets, achieve decarbonization targets, and develop new energy sources for a sustainable future. He brings a combination of strategic leadership, strong business acumen, digital transformation expertise, and hands-on management skills across key markets in Asia. His extensive experience in Beijing, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Mumbai, and Singapore has given him a deep understanding of the diverse operating environments in the region. Before joining DSS+, Pranav led as the CEO of Petronas' lubricants business for India & South Asia. His career journey includes roles as CEO for Indonesia Business, Head of Digital Transformation at Petronas Lubricants, Strategy Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group Southeast Asia, and Associate Director with Frost & Sullivan - APAC. Pranav is also an active contributor to global industry forums and academia on topics of Energy Transition, Sustainability, and Leadership.
