Dr Rongxin Zhang obtained her PhD degree from the University of Manchester in 2020. After that, she joined the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co., Ltd., SINOPEC and is currently the associate research fellow in Catalytic Reforming Department. Her present research interests are in the field of heterogeneous catalysis, and development of synthesis and modifications of zeolites that can be used for dehydrogenation and aromatization of light hydrocarbons, which have led to numerous publications in internationally renowned journals. She is currently leading several projects in light hydrocarbon aromatization field.
