Dr Farhana Anuar is the Principal Consultant for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East based in our Singapore office. She heads Argus’ hydrogen and future fuels where she is also responsible for Argus’ clean fuel project portfolio, navigating the challenges and opportunities in the emerging net zero economy. Concurrently, she is also heading Argus’ India Analytics & Consulting team. Prior to joining Argus, Farhana worked as a policymaker and strategist in Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office, leading and directing science & technology planning for clean energy, to support policy formulation on Singapore’s national targets and Low Emissions Development plans. She has also worked on the Singapore Green Plan, identifying system-level synergies and green technologies that not only can address challenges related to Sustainability and Circular Economy (e.g. waste-to-resource, food security supply chain), but also with a view on subsequent commercialisation of these technologies. Farhana also worked on exploring the potential for Nature-Based Climate Solutions in supporting Singapore’s efforts to develop carbon services and trading hub.
