Cameron Kennedy is the Technical Manager in Asia Pacific for Baker Hughes, covering Downstream Chemicals. Cameron has technical management, support, and training responsibilities throughout the region in the refining, petrochemical, and heavy industrial sectors. He has expertise in emulsion breaking, fouling control, corrosion control, foam control, liquid-solids separation, water treatment and fuel quality, and has authored and presented at most of the major regional refining conferences. Prior to joining Baker Hughes in 2001, Cameron spent 15 years with Betz Process Chemicals in a number of operational and technical support roles. These included applications experience in a wider range of related industries including oil shale mining/processing, chemicals manufacturing and power generation. Cameron graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Graduate Diploma of Engineering in 1985, and prior to this earned a Bachelors Degree in Applied Science.
