Webinar: Improving Resilience and Reliability with Digital Twins
The process industry today is under tremendous pressure: Organisations have to find ways to thrive in a market where demand is less than optimal, threats from alternate energy sources are increasingly real, regulatory compliances are growing more stringent, and lower prices are forcing organisations to reduce cost and optimise their processes.
Leveraging digital technology can help companies transform the way they deliver, by:
- Replacing traditional ways of working with more efficient and collaborative processes,
- Converging information from disparate systems to provide a digital line of sight for better decision support and compliance, and
- Upgrading their operations and maintenance (O&M) practices to proactive strategies to derive more value from their assets while reducing costs.
This also means taking a more holistic asset-centric view, covering the entire lifecycle of the asset and improving the asset’s reliability and resilience.
The “Digital Twin” is the perfect environment for unifying engineering, operations, and maintenance to visualize and monitor the plant consistently across the whole lifecycle. Accurate information at your fingertips within the Digital Twin enables you to get day-to-day jobs and minor projects done safer, faster and more cost-effectively.
Partnering with Bentley Systems, watch the recording of the webinar. Learn how to apply Digital Twin technology across asset lifecycles, as industry experts share how to utilise this invaluable tool to maximise plant and asset efficiency and resilience.
