Webinar On Demand: Strategies to Institutionalize Process Safety & Operational Efficiency
Lower oil & gas prices and changing economic and regulatory conditions have ushered in a challenging era for oil and gas companies. They constantly need better ways to monitor, manage and maintain assets, and keep employees safe.
It’s becoming more and more clear that in order to thrive, industry operators need to implement digital technologies that unify operational data and provide holistic and real-time access to the information needed to drive operational efficiency.
Leaders in the industry are rising to the challenge of economic change. They’re on top of it. They’re taking action. They’re making changes.
Operators can achieve efficiency and process safety by configuring business management software to support operations, maintenance, and safety together; versus supporting it with individual and often disconnected platforms.
In this exclusive webinar (14 September 2021, 10am – 11am SGT), Dave Turner, Global Industry Leader for Oil & Gas, IBM Watson IoT, discussed strategies that oil & gas operators can use to Institutionalize Process Safety & Operational Efficiency by using IBM Maximo Application Suite.
Attendees will learn:
- What are the new technologies available to coordinate operations, maintenance and safety to achieve operational efficiencies?
- How can companies improve their asset management strategy and optimize performance?
- How can operators enhance their core work processes with new technologies to help them reduce costs, become safer and more secure
- How they can manage work processes with permits to work
- How to view incidents and trends in their areas of responsibility as well as status of correction or prevention
- How the can trace historical incidents, defects, work orders, and other relevant data, which helps to support the investigation
