Noel has been serving as the President of the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association of Singapore (HFCAS) since its inception in 2019. Prior to this, he started an interest groups called the Singapore Fuel Cell Community in 2015 that brought together individuals who were explore hydrogen and fuel call technologies. Noel sees the importance of developing the Hydrogen Economy in support our National Hydrogen Strategy. This is achieved through the various activities organised by HFCAS that would provide opportunities for our members to explore collaboration and partnership with local and overseas companies.
