Stefan has over 20 years of experience in FCC catalyst research, manufacture and application. He joined Grace in Worms, Germany in 1999. Within Grace he held several positions in Quality Control, R&D FCC EMEA, Technical Service and Sales FCC EMEA and R&D FCC global. Since February 2023 he is in his current global role as Market Development Director, Energy Transition, FCC. Stefan has been a co-author on a number of papers related to FCC matters and has presented at various industry conferences in Europe and the Middle East. Stefan holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Bochum, Germany.
